COUNCIL NEWS

Penrose Village Park Plan of Management

Wingecarribee Shire Council is working with the Penrose community to review the Plan of Management that covers Penrose Reserve, including Penrose Community Hall, Oval and Tennis Courts.

A Plan of Management is a public document that sets out how community land is to be used, improved, managed, and maintained. Council develops Plans of Management under the Local Government Act, and assigns one or more category to the land which will govern how the land can be used. A need to update the Plan of Management for Penrose Reserve has been identified following community requests to relocate the community hall within the site.

Please find below the DRAFT Plan of Management. Have your say by sending an email to WSC mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au Submissions close 26th September 2021
